Four-Hour Barbecue Roast
1 (3 pound) Bobcat Farms Custom Angus Beef Boneless Chuck Roast
2 cups water
1 cup ketchup
2 small onions, chopped (optional)
1 garlic clove, minced (optional)
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 Tablespoon Chili Powder
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon black pepper

Stir together 2 cups water and next 8 ingredients. Pour over roast.
Bake, covered at 325 degrees for 4 hours.
Yield 6 to 8 servings.



Marinated London Broil
We highly recommend that you remove this hearty cut of beef from the grill before it reaches medium (155 degrees). It will continue to cook as it stands.

1 (12 oz) can cola soft drink
1 (10 oz) bottle teriyaki sauce
1 (2 1/2 to 3 pound) Bobcat Farms Custom Angus Beef London Broil

Combine cola and teriyaki sauce in a shallow dish or a large zip-top freezer bag. Add London Broil to dish or bag. Cover or seal and chill for 24 hours, turning occaisionally. Remove London Broil from marinade, discarding marinade. Grill, covered with grill lid, over medium heat (300 degrees to 350 degrees 12 to 15 minutes on each side.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
